A pedestrian crash in Yuba City Monday night claimed the life of a 48-year-old woman, authorities said.
According to police, Angelia Lamontagne of Sutter was struck by a pickup truck at around 10:15 p.m. near Colusa Avenue and Stafford Way.
Emergency responders transported Lamontagne to a nearby hospital following the collision, but she succumbed to her injuries.
The incident remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
