A man fatally struck while crossing Monument Boulevard in Concord has been identified as Anthony Rizotto, authorities confirmed.
The crash occurred around 8 p.m. at the Reganti Drive intersection. Rizotto died at the scene from his injuries. Officials said the driver involved remained at the site and spoke with police.
