Tulsa police continue to investigate a fatal hit-and-run crash that resulted in the death of a 21-year-old man.
Bradley Winans was critically injured when his motorcycle collided with a Chevrolet Malibu that had entered East 31st Street from South Jamestown Avenue. The crash occurred around 3:15 p.m., officials said.
The driver fled the scene but was later identified and located with the help of a witness who captured the vehicle’s license plate. He initially faced charges of leaving the scene of an injury accident and failure to yield.
Winans later died from his injuries, prompting prosecutors to review additional charges. The case remains under investigation.
