Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that claimed the life of a teenage boy Tuesday in Compton.
According to officials, Brandon Castrejon was hit by a vehicle along Alameda Avenue near Rosecrans Street. The driver involved has not been identified.
The victim was rushed to a hospital but later died from his injuries.
Investigators continue to gather information regarding the circumstances of the crash.
