A tragic traffic incident in San Diego claimed the lives of Connie Weatherford and David A. Weatherford following a two-vehicle collision.
Officials reported that the collision occurred on West Valley Parkway near Arboles Place around 12:54 p.m. Connie Weatherford was driving the sedan involved in the incident.
Both victims were taken to Palomar Medical Center, where David Weatherford died on Tuesday and Connie Weatherford succumbed to injuries on Wednesday.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the incident.
