Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred Saturday evening in Long Beach.
Darryl Roundtree was hit by a vehicle while crossing near Pacific Place and West Wardlow Road. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
Officials said the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating as the investigation continues.
