Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left an electric scooter rider critically injured in Rosenberg.
According to officials, David James was struck by a vehicle while riding an e-scooter near Shipley Do-Nuts. The driver left the scene before authorities arrived.
James sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he remains in ICU care. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the Rosenberg Police Department.
