Police are searching for a suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of Deondre Deloatch in Northridge.
According to investigators, the crash occurred Sunday evening at Roscoe Boulevard and White Oak Avenue. Deloatch was struck by a gray Honda Accord traveling eastbound and was dragged before the vehicle continued fleeing the scene.
Emergency responders rushed Deloatch to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities have not yet identified the driver and continue to seek public assistance.
The investigation remains ongoing.
