Authorities are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle collision that claimed the life of Emily Rew on Tuesday in Lake Elsinore.
Officials said the crash occurred on Interstate 15 near Main Street. Emergency crews responded and extricated Rew from a vehicle, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
