Authorities say one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash east of Purcell in the Lexington area Saturday night.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that 49-year-old Haco Barfield, of Norman, was traveling south on 120th Street shortly after 9 p.m. Barfield stopped at a stop sign at State Highway 39 and proceeded through the intersection when another vehicle struck his car.
Barfield sustained fatal injuries in the crash and died at the scene, officials said.
Troopers are continuing to investigate the incident.
