A man fatally injured in a North Hollywood pedestrian crash Sunday has been identified as 61-year-old Howard Butler Jr., officials confirmed.
Preliminary reports indicate Butler was hit by a vehicle while crossing at Colfax Avenue and Victory Boulevard. He was taken to a hospital but later died from his injuries.
Authorities have not yet released further information about the driver or contributing factors. The incident is under investigation.
