A deadly multi-vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 2 in Snohomish County claimed the life of James S. Khezri Thursday evening.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Khezri’s F-150 was struck head-on by a westbound Ford Fusion at approximately 5:17 p.m. A third vehicle, a Honda CR-V, then hit the F-150. The crash caused the two vehicles to ignite, resulting in three fatalities. The Honda occupants were taken to Providence Medical Center with injuries.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash and urge witnesses to contact WSP.
