A suspect has been arrested following a deadly police pursuit crash that claimed the lives of Jennifer Zarco and Marc Trejo Wednesday night.
Officials said the suspect, identified as 31-year-old Marshall Judson of Pomona, fled from officers after striking a patrol vehicle and led police on a pursuit along Garey Avenue.
The pursuit ended when Judson’s truck collided with another vehicle, killing both occupants inside. Zarco, who was pregnant, and Trejo were pronounced dead at the scene.
Judson was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter, assault on a peace officer, DUI, felony evasion, and firearm-related offenses. Authorities confirmed he did not have a valid driver’s license. The investigation remains ongoing.
