A 48-year-old bicyclist, John Hewitt, died Friday in Hesperia after being hit by two vehicles, police said.
Authorities said the collision happened at approximately 5:28 a.m. at U.S. Highway 395 and Joshua Street. Hewitt was struck first by a Subaru, then by a Toyota Camry. The incident is still under investigation.
