A semi-truck collision sent one man to the hospital Friday afternoon in Eyota Township, officials said.
Minnesota State Patrol investigators said that around 1:45 p.m., a Chevrolet Impala driven by Jonathan Curtis Gerow was crossing Olmsted County Road 7 from an eastbound exit ramp when it collided with a northbound Freightliner semi-truck.
Gerow, 41, of Hayward, Wisconsin, sustained injuries in the crash and was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital – Rochester for medical care.
The incident is still under investigation.
