A head-on collision involving two vehicles early Sunday claimed the life of a 35-year-old woman in Littlerock, authorities said.
According to investigators, Katlyn Stallard was fatally injured when a Chevrolet Camaro and a Honda Accord collided at about 12:54 a.m. in the 8000 block of East Pearblossom Highway.
Emergency responders pronounced Stallard dead at the scene. Another occupant involved in the crash sustained injuries and was transported to Palmdale Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Officials have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding the collision, and the investigation remains active.
