A fatal pedestrian crash late Friday night claimed the life of 32-year-old Keondre Egnashaf Alejandre, according to San Diego police.
Investigators said Alejandre was crossing Camino Del Rio West near Hancock Street shortly after 11 p.m. when a vehicle hit him.
Emergency crews rushed him to UC San Diego Medical Center, where he died early Saturday morning.
The incident remains under investigation by the San Diego Police Department.
