Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred Sunday night on the 405 Freeway in Westchester.
CHP officials reported that 44-year-old Kinna Robin was walking on the southbound freeway lanes when she was struck by a Kia Soul SUV shortly after 11 p.m. The collision happened just south of La Tijera Boulevard. Robin died from injuries sustained in the crash.
No additional details were immediately released as the investigation remains active.
