Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred shortly after midnight Thursday in Hollywood.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Marcus Edmonds was hit by a vehicle along the Hollywood Freeway at the Gower Street on-ramp around 12:42 a.m. Emergency responders declared him deceased at the scene.
No additional information has been released as officials continue to examine the cause of the crash.
