Authorities are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that killed a woman in a Panorama City parking lot early Friday morning.
The Los Angeles Police Department reported that Marlene Saravia-Bonilla, 40, of Van Nuys, was struck just before 5 a.m. at The Plant Shopping Center near Van Nuys Boulevard. The motorist involved did not stop after the collision.
Police are asking anyone with information about the crash to call 818-644-8255. Officials have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
