The California Highway Patrol is investigating a motorcycle collision that seriously injured Michela Brenneman, 32, on Tyler Foote Crossing Road in Nevada County Friday afternoon.
According to investigators, Brenneman was traveling eastbound on her motorcycle when it collided with a Toyota Prius. She sustained serious injuries, including road rash and lacerations, and was flown to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for further treatment.
The driver of the Toyota Prius was not injured. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision and are asking anyone with information about the crash to contact the California Highway Patrol.
