
Authorities are investigating a pedestrian accident that left Ramon Sandoval and his two children injured Saturday night in San Mateo.
Officials said the victims were crossing North Delaware Street at State Street in a marked crosswalk when they were struck by a Chevrolet pickup truck around 7:30 p.m.
Sandoval, 41, suffered multiple injuries, including broken ribs and a dislocated shoulder. His 8-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter also sustained injuries.
No additional details regarding the driver or contributing factors have been released.
