Police arrested a suspect following a hit-and-run crash that injured a child Thursday in Petaluma.
According to the Petaluma Police Department, the victim was struck in a crosswalk near a local school. The driver left the scene but was later identified as Ron Jones and taken into custody. He faces charges including felony DUI and hit-and-run with injury.
The investigation remains ongoing.
