Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that claimed the life of a Plato Center man and led to DUI-related charges.
Officials said Ryan Hresil was severely injured after his motorcycle collided with an SUV at a St. Charles intersection.
He was taken to a local hospital but later died from his injuries. The SUV driver, who allegedly refused a breath test, was later found to have a BAC nearly twice the legal limit.
She has been taken into custody and faces multiple charges as authorities continue to investigate the crash.
