Sean Dicer, 53, a former Highlands School District teacher, has been hit with additional sex assault charges following reports of more alleged victims, authorities said.

Dicer, already facing charges for allegedly abusing two middle school students in 2021, now faces allegations involving two more boys. One victim, now 16, stated he was sexually assaulted multiple times at ages 11 and 12. Another reported being 11 during the alleged incidents.

Police allege that some abuse occurred in Dicer’s classroom and that he gave money to a victim in exchange for sexual activity. The new charges reportedly date back to 2007.

Dicer resigned from the Highlands School District in 2022 and is currently held at the Allegheny County Jail. He faces multiple charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor, school intercourse/sexual contact with a student, and sexual extortion.
