Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian accident that claimed the life of a 60-year-old woman in Long Beach on Wednesday morning.
Officials said Seila Tes was struck by a vehicle around 6:20 a.m. at East Anaheim Street and Rose Avenue. She was taken to a hospital for treatment but was later pronounced dead.
The circumstances leading up to the collision have not yet been disclosed. The case remains under active investigation.
