A 43-year-old man was killed Sunday in a motorcycle accident in a New London parking lot, authorities said.
Shane Elliott of Salem was involved in a collision with a vehicle at approximately 2:32 p.m. in the New London Shopping Mall parking lot on North Frontage Road. Elliott was transported to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The New London Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash. Anyone with information is urged to contact investigators at 860-447-5269.
