Authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian collision that claimed the life of a San Bernardino resident Thursday afternoon.
The San Bernardino Police Department identified the victim as 65-year-old Steven Blake.
Investigators said Blake was struck by a vehicle shortly after 1:25 p.m. near the intersection of West Redlands Boulevard and South Hunts Lane.
Blake sustained fatal injuries in the crash and died at the scene, according to officials.
Police have not disclosed what may have led to the collision, and no information about the involved vehicle or driver was immediately available.
