Taylor K. Philp, 33, was injured in a chain-reaction crash accident involving three vehicles on State Route 6 in Lewis County.
According to investigators, the crash began when a westbound vehicle struck a stopped car, then spun into oncoming traffic and collided with Philp’s vehicle.
Both Philp and the driver responsible for the initial collision were transported by air ambulance for treatment.
Officials said the suspected at-fault driver could face DUI-related charges as the investigation continues.
