Three people, including a Dixon man, were killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Vacaville on Thursday morning.
According to authorities, a red GMC pickup truck was traveling at high speed and attempting to pass vehicles on Highway 113, just north of Hay Road, at approximately 6:35 a.m. when it crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming gray Ram pickup truck head-on.
Tony Hadad, 29, of Dixon, who was driving the Ram, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two brothers from Modesto, who were riding in the GMC, also died in the crash.
The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the collision.
