Greece police are continuing to investigate a deadly rear-end collision that occurred Saturday on W. Ridge Road.
Authorities said a single-occupant vehicle traveling westbound struck the rear of another vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light near Elmgrove Road. The impact seriously injured Tyler Underwood, 28, of Hamlin, who was riding as a passenger.
The driver of the stopped vehicle, a 25-year-old Hamlin resident, also sustained serious injuries. The driver of the westbound vehicle died at the scene. Emergency responders from Monroe Ambulance and the North Greece Fire District assisted at the crash site.
