Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that left a motorcyclist seriously injured in Chula Vista earlier this month.
Officials reported that Zachary Morales was traveling through the intersection of Olympic Parkway and Heritage Road when he was struck by a car. The force of the collision ejected him from the motorcycle.
Morales suffered a broken leg and was transported for medical treatment. Authorities have not released details about the suspect, who left the scene following the crash.
